From agreement to signature

1Describe the agreementWrite down what the contract covers and the terms you want. Yeksaz prepares an initial draft.
→
2Review and edit the textRead the draft in the editor, edit it, or ask Yeksaz to rewrite a section. Changes save automatically and you can revert to an earlier step.
→
3Finalize a versionOnce finalized, the contract is converted to a locked PDF. Each version has its own unique ID, so it's always clear which text was signed.
→
4Send it to the other partyA signing link and one-time code are sent to the other party. Before signing, both sides' identity is checked with national ID and face-match verification.
→
5Record both signaturesEntering the sixth digit of the code records the signature. If the other party doesn't accept the contract, they can also write a reason.

Don't start a draft from scratch

Describe the terms of the agreement in your own words and an initial draft is prepared. Then read the text carefully, edit it, and rewrite parts if needed.

Signing only happens on the final version

Once finalized, the text is locked and that exact version goes out for signature. So later, it's clear exactly what text both parties saw and signed.

The signature history stays with the contract

For every event, who did it, when, and on which device is recorded. The contract version and its ID stay with this history and never change afterward.

The contract doesn't sit apart from the project

If the contract has staged payments, they're tracked in Accounting. If a stage of the contract needs work done, a task is created for it.

Details that matter

Text changes save automatically.

You can rewrite the text or revert to an earlier version.

Signing uses a one-time code from both parties.

The final version is converted to a locked PDF.

The other party can decline the contract and write a reason.

Staged payments and contract work items are trackable.

An important note

Yeksaz is a tool for preparing, recording, and digitally signing contracts — not legal advice.

Reviewing the text, the contract's terms, each party's responsibilities, and the decision to sign are up to the parties themselves. Review the text with your own legal counsel before signing. Yeksaz makes no guarantee about the contract's legal validity or its outcome before a court.

How it connects to the rest of the project

Staged contract payments are recorded and tracked in Accounting. Stages and execution obligations can also turn into tasks, so the contract isn't just a signed file.
