Six modules, one project, one continuous flow

Messages, meetings, contracts, purchasing, finance, and tasks aren't six separate tools in Yeksaz. A decision made in a meeting lands as a task, an invoice recorded in purchasing lands in finance, and a conversation started in the messenger stays next to the work it's about. You don't need to roll everything out at once either — start with whichever part is costing you the most today.

Project Messenger

Project conversations come out of WhatsApp and Telegram and stay with the project itself; files, drawings, and decisions are archived right there and can be found later by searching by date.

When a message hands off a piece of work, Yeksaz suggests a task and shows its confidence score. Mentioning a task or a warehouse request also pins the conversation to that exact item.

Meetings & Minutes

Upload the meeting recording; Yeksaz transcribes and processes it, then hands you a tidy set of minutes with a summary, key points, decisions, and required actions. Linking speakers to attendees is optional.

Every decision that needs action becomes a real project task with an owner, an auditor, and a deadline. And if you need to meet right now, you can hold and save the call inside Yeksaz too.

Procurement & Inventory

Every request — a new purchase or a withdrawal from stock — follows a defined path: logged, approved by its auditors, quotes gathered, then chosen. Yeksaz lays the quotes your team collected (or that Yeksaz sourced for you) side by side, shows each option's price rank, upsides, and limits, and explains why it recommends the one it does.

Delivery isn't left hanging either: the goods-receipt note, weighbridge slip, and waybill are recorded, and withdrawals from stock are handed over with a 5-digit delivery code. Every item's stock movement is logged per warehouse, and any manual correction requires a written reason.

Where your project's money stands, without accounting jargon

Project Accounting

Log purchases and invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash with plain forms, and see for each party exactly what “you owe”, what “you're owed”, and what's settled. A payment is applied to the oldest outstanding debt first.

Follow cheques through to resolution — in circulation, cleared, bounced, or voided — and a cheque in circulation stays out of the balance until its outcome is known. You also see each month's spend against the previous month, broken down by category and by party.

Contracts & Documents

Describe the terms in your own words to get a first draft; then read the text, edit it, or ask for a section to be rewritten. On finalisation, that version is turned into a PDF, locked, and given its own unique identifier.

Signing is recorded with identity verification and a one-time code from both parties, and the evidence log — who, when, from which device — stays attached to that exact version. Yeksaz is a tool for drafting, signing, and archiving contracts; it is not legal advice.

Assignee, auditor, and control office; independent sign-off and reports built from real work

Tasks & Reports

Every task starts wherever it needs to — a message, a meeting decision, a contract milestone, or a phase template — and has an assignee, an auditor, and a control office from the outset. Its conversation, files, and subtasks live with it.

Each auditor approves or rejects independently, and rejecting without writing a reason isn't possible. Daily and weekly reports are built from this same real work: an executive summary, decisions, risks, and suggested tasks.

05 Getting started

You don't have to roll everything out at once

Most teams start with one module — whichever one eats the most time today — and add the rest later. Because everything sits on one shared project, the next module arrives already seeing the same people and the same history.

  1. 01Start where the pain is

If the real problem is scattered conversations, start with the messenger; if it's chasing work and reporting, start with tasks.

  2. 02The next module doesn't start from zero

When you add procurement or finance, the same project, the same people, and the same conversations are already there — nothing has to be re-entered.

  3. 03The connections switch themselves on

As soon as two modules are live together, the routes above start running: a decision reaches a task, and an invoice reaches finance.
